Get everyone in on the night
Inside your Hummer limousine
The fun starts when everyone takes a seat. Long leather benches bring the group into the same conversation, while the lighting and sound system set the mood for the journey. The groom gets his mates around him before the first bar, dinner or activity.
A stretched Hummer has a long, enclosed cabin. It is a seated limo ride, with a different layout from a party bus. Expect a close, sociable setting rather than a standing dance floor. Interior colours, lighting and seating arrangements vary between vehicles.
Put together a playlist before travelling and ask about the music connection for your allocated limo. Keep the best man’s phone charged and a few favourite tracks ready. For a Budapest party limo booking, the atmosphere matters as much as the destination.

Airport arrival or a ride through Budapest
Hummer airport transfer
Start the weekend together with a private collection from Budapest Airport. Send your flight number, arrival date, passenger count and accommodation address. Your welcome coordinator helps organise the pickup, with the meeting details arranged before travel.
Allow time for passport control and baggage reclaim when planning anything straight after arrival. If friends land on separate flights, list every arrival time. The collection needs to account for the whole travelling group.
Describe your luggage alongside the headcount. Large suitcases need a separate space assessment, even when there are enough passenger seats. For the wider arrival and return options, see our Budapest stag airport transfers.
Private Hummer city ride
Arrange collection from your accommodation and arrive together for dinner or the evening’s first stop. A city booking gives the limo its own place in the schedule, without linking the celebration to flight arrival times.
For a limo tour in Budapest, tell us whether the priority is seeing the city, taking a group photo or enjoying time on board. Share preferred areas and a final destination so the route fits the available time and vehicle access.
Leave a buffer before a restaurant reservation. Traffic and boarding take time, and a photo stop needs space in the booking. A venue drop-off does not include admission, a reserved table or a guided bar crawl.

Match the Hummer to your group
For stag do Hummer hire, start with the people travelling and the bags coming with them. Passenger capacity and luggage space are separate questions. An evening city ride with small personal bags has different requirements from an airport collection with a suitcase each.
The long body also affects pickup access. Send the full hotel or apartment address, including any pedestrian entrance. A suitable nearby meeting point is sometimes needed where a stretch limo has limited access.
Include these in your enquiry
- Passengers: the expected total, including anyone joining later.
- Bags: numbers of large suitcases and cabin bags.
- Stops: collection address, destination and extra pickups.
- Access needs: mention mobility requirements before vehicle selection.
For larger bags, ask whether a separate luggage vehicle is needed and include its cost in the same offer. Keep passports, phones and valuables with you if luggage travels separately.

Before you book
Hummer hire questions
Useful details for the mate organising the transport.
How many passengers fit in a Hummer?
The limit depends on the allocated vehicle. For a Hummer XXL limousine request, include your full headcount and check the capacity in the offer. A model name alone does not settle seating or luggage arrangements.
Is champagne included?
Yes. Champagne is included in the Hummer offer, with the bottle quantity specified in your quote. Request additional drinks in advance. The presence of a bar does not mean an unlimited drinks package.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
Send your flight number when booking and report any changes to your booking contact. Review the waiting allowance and delay arrangements before paying. Extra waiting or a revised collection depends on the booking terms and vehicle schedule.
Does the limo stay with us between venues?
Only when waiting time and the later journey form part of your booking. A drop-off does not reserve the limo for the rest of the evening. List each stop and the time you need to leave.
Are our own drinks allowed?
Arrange drinks through your enquiry and check any specific requests before the ride. Beer is not allowed in the limo. Do not bring a separate drinks supply without prior agreement.
Is a minibus return possible after a Hummer arrival?
Yes. Request the Hummer for arrival and a private minibus for the airport return. Include the departure flight and collection address so both journeys appear in your transport plan.
