Give the return journey its own brief

Check who is leaving together. Ten arriving guests might become eight returning passengers if two friends stay longer. The bags also need a fresh count, especially if someone takes another person’s suitcase home.
Where friends stay at different addresses, choose between one shared meeting point and an agreed collection route. A central meeting point only works if everyone reaches it with their luggage. Give each apartment a named organiser so the lead passenger knows when its guests are ready.

Smaller groups receive individual pricing for each vehicle option. These figures are not a combined arrival-and-return package. Request the arrival, return and extras as separate lines, then divide the agreed total among the paying guests. If the groom travels free within your group, count him as a passenger while splitting his share between the others.
Leave room for checkout and the last day
A late flight creates a gap between leaving the room and heading to the airport. Ask the accommodation about bag storage before arranging lunch or a final activity. The transfer booking does not provide somewhere to leave cases during the day.
If collection will be from a restaurant or another address, include it when requesting the return. Check access for the vehicle and allow time to retrieve stored luggage first. Agree any extra stop before travel.

Does the same vehicle have to cover both directions?
No. Request a Hummer or party bus for arrival and a private minibus for departure. Each leg needs its own confirmed vehicle arrangement, timing and price.
Is a DJ or dancer automatically included?
Request entertainment specifically and check the listed inclusions. Onboard music does not automatically mean a live DJ. A dancer is a paid extra.
What happens if the arrival flight is delayed?
Contact the booking team and follow the agreed delay arrangements. Ask how a late arrival affects the reserved vehicle and any extended ride. The departure booking keeps its own schedule unless a change is agreed.
